Technology

Roasting is the process of passing grain through an open flame (roaster) at a certain temperature for a certain time.

Roasting – increases the digestibility of the grain, and also increases energy levels.

“Open fire” technology – destroys all harmful microorganisms, but preserves all beneficial components.

1
First stage

The grain group is roasted in a roaster (over an open fire) at a temperature of 1200 degrees, which makes it possible to pasteurize all ingredients, eliminate the issue of viral contamination, and destroy mold, mycotoxins, and herbicides.

2
Second stage

In the second stage, after roasting, the grain group is crushed and carefully sieved.

3
Third stage

In the third stage, we add in the required proportions: animal protein products, vitamins, and minerals.

4
Fourth stage

In the fourth stage, this mixture (grain group, protein products, vitamins and minerals) is thoroughly mixed and fed to the extrusion line.

5
Extradition stage

During the extrusion process, the mixture takes the form of granules.

6
Drying stage

After extrusion, the finished granules are sent for drying.

7
Applying grease

After drying, animal fat is applied to the granules.

8
Packaging

The finished feed is packaged in 10-kilogram bags.
